How fast do I get a quote?
Within 24 hours by email — often within 1 hour via our Telegram bot. For complex moves, we schedule a free on-site visit.
Do you work outside Berlin?
Yes, throughout Brandenburg (Potsdam, Bernau, Königs Wusterhausen, etc.) and on request across Germany. Distances over 50 km: €1.20/km.
What's included in the fixed price?
Team, van, insurance, furniture assembly, packing material flat rate. No hidden costs. Stairs, elevator, parking permits and bulky waste are quoted transparently upfront.
Can I move on short notice?
Yes, express moves within 24–48 hours are possible (15 % surcharge). Just message us on WhatsApp.
Are you insured?
Yes, with transport and public liability insurance. Damages are covered after documented claim.
Painting & Renovation
How does a renovation work?
1) On-site visit & measurement → 2) Fixed quote → 3) Material procurement (on request) → 4) Execution with covering & protection → 5) Final cleaning & handover.
Which materials do you use?
Only branded products from Caparol, Alpina, Brillux and Schöner Wohnen. Eco-friendly, low-VOC paints on request.
How long does painting an apartment take?
A 3-room apartment (75 m²) takes 3–4 working days with prep work. We coordinate with your move date if needed.
Do you handle clearance / disposal?
Yes — apartment, basement and beyond. Including value credit for reusable items, proper disposal and certificate.
Communication & Service
Which languages do you speak?
German, English, Arabic, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, Turkish, Kurdish, Farsi — 12 languages in total.
How do I pay?
Cash on completion, debit card, bank transfer, or Apple/Google Pay. 20 % deposit on order, remainder on completion. Business customers: 14-day invoice.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes — 24 months on all craftsmanship, 12 months on material. Free rework on defects.
Can I send photos in advance?
Absolutely! Via WhatsApp or Telegram you'll get a first estimate within minutes. For binding quotes on painting/renovation we recommend an on-site visit.
